Teen Read Week Bookmark Contest Entry Form

Students in grades 6 - 12 are invited to design an original bookmark for Teen Read Week. The deadline for submissions is Thursday, October 11. There will be one Grand Prize Winner whose design will be printed on bookmarks and distributed at the library during Teen Read Week (October 15 - October 20). There will also be an Honorable Mention awarded for each grade, 6 - 12. The Grand Prize Winner and Honorable Mention Bookmarks will be on display in the Teen Space during Teen Read Week.

You may turn in your entries at the main circulation desk. Please contact Suzanne Dlugolonski, YA Librarian, with any questions.
